Why did I decide to become a Nutritional Therapist?
It wasn't just a random career choice. It was deeply personal. I never thought I would be where I am today. But looking back, it all makes sense.
For years, I had struggled with hormonal issues, weight loss (I was always the "chubby" one), emotional and binge eating, body image and self-confidence.
I tried every diet under the sun. I counted calories, carbs, and fats. I exercised until I couldn't move.
But nothing seemed to work. I was still unhappy with my body and, let’s be honest, with my mind too.
But I grew through my struggles. I learned about the power of nutrition and the impact it can have on our physical and mental health. I discovered the joy of movement and how it can transform our bodies and minds. I realised that the key to a healthy body image and self-confidence was not about how I looked on the outside, but how I felt inside.
I learned to love and accept myself for who I was, flaws and all.
Now, as a Nutritional Therapist & Health Coach, I am on a mission to empower others to become their best selves.
To show them that health is not about fitting into a mould, but about feeling strong and happy.
To help them break free from their limitations and discover joy that comes with living a purposeful, vibrant life.
